I am so very sad to hear of Darin's passing. I spent a great deal of time with him when he was a teenager and young adult up until I left Medicine Hat in 1996. I loved his sense of humor and always enjoyed my time with him. He did a great deal for me in my shop and I will always cherish the laughs (of which there were many) and the things we learned about cars together. The last time I spoke to him was about 16 years ago and now I regret not reaching out to him more often after leaving Canada. Unfortunately, regrets are easy to come by. As my wife said to me yesterday' "He is with Jesus now." I believe that to be true.

Darin and I had went to school together from Grade 2 or 3 right up until graduation. Though we have lost touch many years ago, some of my time was spent hanging out with Darin at his place and my fondest memories of him were helping each other cheat on our French Exams. As mentioned we have lost touch, but when I found out today, I am just sad to hear of his passing. I would like to express my heartfelt condolences to his friends and family
