Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery.

Delores Margaret Kohls passed away on Friday, July 26, 2019, at the age of 82 years, beloved wife of the late Rueben Kohls. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Wyatt (Sandy), Darren (Vanella-late), and Cameron (Tonya); grandchildren, Natasha, Serena (Michael), Krystin (Kyle), Maria, Nataca, Lyra, Braydel (Brett), Danica and Joselyn along with numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; her two brothers, Earl (Julie Buckshot) Reinboldt and Neil (Valerie) Reinboldt; her sister, Joan Wilk, and two sister-in-laws Margaret Reinboldt and Frieda Cosenza. She was predeceased by her parents Mary and George Reinboldt, her husband Rueben Kohls on March 3, 2007, and one brother Donald Reinboldt. Delores was born September 21, 1936 in Leader. She received her education in Fox Valley. She worked as a house keeper and child care worker for several years. On August 15, 1957 she married her best friend and lifelong partner. They settled on the Kohls family farm in Golden Prairie where together they farmed until 1961. The family moved to Medicine Hat where Delores was a devoted housewife and mother to her three sons. In 1970 the family returned to a new home at the farm and expanded the family farm business until their retirement in 2002. Delores was a very caring, compassionate wife, mother and grandmother. She was known far and wide as an outstanding cook and hostess for gatherings of friends and family. In her spare time Delores enjoyed reading, quilting, creating flower arrangements and various crafts. Delores demonstrated her commitment to community by volunteering in various capacities for many years as a member of local organizations. Delores touched everyone with her kindness and generosity, and will be dearly missed by her family and all those who knew her. Family and friends who wish to pay their respects may do so at the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME on Thursday, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. as well as Friday from 12:00 - 12:55 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the PATTISON CHAPEL on Friday, August 2, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. with Life Celebrant, David Townsend officiating.
