1973 ~ Jerry Dunham ~ 2020
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jerry “Ched” Dunham of Medicine Hat. He passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2020 at the age of 46 years while waiting for a pacemaker/fibulator that had been put on hold. He leaves to cherish his memory two beautiful daughters, Reydian and Atlin both of Palmerston, Ontario and their mother and soul friend Krista Lambier; his parents Karen and Gerald Dunham and two sisters, Dawn Audette and her son Reece Dunham; Barb Dunham and her bonus daughter Paige Miller as well as his second family the Lambiers of Palmerston, Ontario. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Elwood and Lillian Dunham, John and Myrtle Schmidt; uncle and aunt, Bob and Darlene Dunham and a cousin, Alicia Fletcher. Jerry was born on November 26, 1973 in Medicine Hat where he was raised. Between sports and music Jerry made many life long friends. He lived in B.C., the Yukon and Ontario and was very passionate about becoming a carpenter. A talented bass player, music became a great passion of his while playing many years with “Weedmonkey” and many other bands across Canada, too numerous to mention. Those who wish to pay their respects may do so at the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME on Wednesday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. A private interment will take place at Redcliff Cemetery.
