Harland James Brandt passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2018, at the age of 83 years, beloved husband of Doris Brandt of Medicine Hat. He leaves to cherish his memory one son, Doyle Brandt (Terryann Syverson) of Medicine Hat; three grandchildren Pam (Taso) Mikos, Jeremy (Yai) Brandt and Kim Brandt; four great grandchildren Aubrey, Xavier, Katie and Niko; his sister, Betty Boschee of Medicine Hat. He was predeceased by his parents,Walter and Irene Brandt, and one son, Monte Brandt on April 10, 2014. The funeral service will be held in the Hillcrest Evangelical Missionary Church (3785 13th Ave SE), on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Mark Bolender officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Carmel Hospice (St. Joseph’s Home) c/o 156 - 3 St. NE, Medicine Hat, T1A 5M1. Sorry for you loss.
I worked with Harland over 30 years ago at Century Sales he was a great co worker. I visited with him a few times in the Wellington also. He will be missed.
